The ultimate experience of Training like a Professional with a Golf Instructor and a Golf Specific Personal Trainer. The Comprehensive Evaluation begins with a 60 minute Fitness Assessment. This includes a TPI Evaluation: Posture, hips/pelvic/torso rotation, lower body mobility and balance, shoulder mobility, wrist, neck and forearm movement. Your core and breathing will also be assessed.
Part 2 is a 60 Minute Golf Game Evaluation: Understanding your background and goals: Putting, chipping, half and full swings will be assessed. At the conclusion of this evaluation your instructors will collaborate and design a specific program just for you. This program will be a 2 or 3 month program. Each week will have Personal Training, Golf Lessons, and practice.
