This is a 60 minute evaluation that will cover Putting, Chipping, half and full swings. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, all players need to be evaluated. We will go over your golf history, your athletic history, injury/ailment history, your goals, and when you'd like to reach those goals. With the use of V1Sports, High-speed cameras, and Foresight GC3 technology, we will analyze all aspects of your game. At the conclusion of the evaluation we will sit down and discuss a program that best suits your needs.
This is an hour-long assessment that includes your set up, rotation of the hips/pelvis, torso rotation, lower body mobility and single leg balance, shoulder mobility, wrist, neck and forearm movement. Your core and breathing will be assessed to see if there are any restrictions in your rotation that we can address. You will leave with exercises that you can do at home and as well before you play! This is the first step in incorporating fitness into your golf game to maximize power, reduce injuries and feel better playing!
This is the ultimate Evaluation that includes both the Golf Evaluation and the Fitness Assessment. You'll first start with the Golf Evaluation. We then will book your Fitness Assessment to follow. Your Golf & Fitness Coaches will work closely together to help you reach your utmost potential!
